"NAS 355N" Nickel Base Alloy was Developed by Japan Metallurgical Industry for the First Time
It is reported that Japan Metallurgical Industry Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a new kind of high-performance material -- "NAS 355N" nickel base alloy, and has successfully produced a 4-foot wide plate coil. The alloy has high chloride and sulfuric acid corrosion resistance, and the cost is lower than the previous high corrosion nickel base alloy. It is also the first nickel base alloy developed by Japan Metallurgical Industry Co., Ltd. and its target is to be used in flue gas desulfurization device, Sox scraper of marine internal combustion engine and complete chemical equipment.
